Arun is a highly skilled and ethical professional with strong and proven levels of experience across
Information Technology, Data Security, Cloud Security, Business Continuity, Health & Safety, Environment and Quality Management Systems, Internal Audits, Six Sigma Methodology, Training and Development, Human Resources, Operations, Risk and Compliance.
Arun has over 20 years of deep customer life-cycle management experience across a number of verticals, in the Australia, Asia and the Middle East. He specializes in building innovative businesses, developing successful and powerful technologies and running efficient operations. He brings the depth of experience gained from starting new businesses and also working for major corporations towards their ISO certification journey.

Lalita D’Souza
Lalita has over 20 years of knowledge and experience within the certification industry in consulting, 
auditing, training and managing accreditations for some of the major certification bodies in Australia, Asia and the Middle East.
As a consultant Lalita has worked with several organisations and assisted them to get certification in various ISO programs in industries such as manufacturing, engineering, food and beverage, construction, oil and gas, facilities management and pharmaceuticals.
Lalita is highly conscientious in follow through, planning and organisation of new ideas/products and readily accepts new challenges. Lalita demonstrates exceptional communication skills with extensive public speaking/ presentation experience. Her well-developed capacity to build trusting relationships, enthuse, motivate and encourage collaboration from stakeholders, staff and management, has proven her to be an invaluable asset to multiple projects.
